Richard Baker, pastor of St. Malachy’s, recognizes the vital importance that music has in the liturgy and the cultural life of the parish. He states, ‘It’s natural for a place like St. Malachy’s, situated in the heart of the Theater District and this great city, to be fully engaged artistically to the ageless expression and inspiration of the Church.’
